FatXcel is GIIAVA's poultry productivity range. Two standalone SKUs — one for broilers, one for layers — that lift the output side of the ration economics. The broiler grade also lets integrators reduce added-fat inclusion, taking cost out of the feed without losing growth performance.
FatXcel is a powdered feed additive blend of lecithin and a formulated vegetable oil system, designed for poultry productivity. Both grades (FatXcel-BR for broilers, FatXcel-EG for layers) are standalone products — no on-mill blending required, doses gravimetrically into the dry premix. Active composition, inclusion rate, and the regulatory pack ship on the TDS with the trial sample.
Designed to lift body-weight gain and feed conversion in growing broilers. The second-order benefit is what makes the procurement conversation easy: at the inclusion rate that delivers the productivity uplift, the integrator can reduce added-fat inclusion in the ration — taking cost out of the feed formulation without losing the growth performance. On a properly designed trial the net feed cost per kg liveweight typically falls — we structure the trial so you generate that economic read on your own birds before scaling.
Request FatXcel-BR trial →Designed to improve productivity in commercial layers — egg mass, feed conversion to egg, and persistency through the late laying cycle. Standalone formulation, no blending required; goes into the ration like any other feed additive at the recommended inclusion rate.
Request FatXcel-EG trial →FatXcel is sold on output metrics, not on per-kilogram price. The right question is "what does it do to my feed cost per kilogram of liveweight or per dozen eggs?" — not "what does the bag cost?"
Conservative commercial ranges. Final dose ships on the TDS with the trial sample and is calibrated to the bird, stage, and the added-fat reduction you want to achieve.
| Use case | Typical inclusion |
|---|---|
| FatXcel-BR · broiler ration (full cycle) | 250 – 500 g per MT of feed |
| FatXcel-EG · commercial layer ration | 250 – 500 g per MT of feed |
We'll ship a trial sample with a protocol that lets you validate the economics on your own line.
